How do I make a complaint?
Here at Kerol Hardware we will try our very best to ensure our customers receive the best products and services, however if you feel that we have not met your expectations and you would like to make a complaint, you may do so by whichever of the following means suits you best:

We want to hear from you because telling us gives us the chance to put matters right for you, and see how we can improve what we do for others. After we received your complaint, we'll investigate it fully and let you know what will happen next. wherever possible, we'll try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

Step 2: Submit your dispute to the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)...
From 15 Feb. 2016, you have the option to register your complaint using the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) plateform. This is a web-based platform that is designed to help consumers who have bought goods or services online to deal with issues arising from that purchase. Complaints submitted to the platform will be dealt with by approved ADR providers.
