Delivery Procedure:

Your parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If you are out you will be carded, please read the instructions on the card. After the very first attempt, you also have the option to collect the parcels from your local depot of the couriers.

Timescales:

U Channel & Ceiling Support Arm.

Have previously bought white U Channel from you, but this time needed polished items.
Had hoped that the Polished U Channel would match the Polished Ceiling Support Arm but
unfortunately they don’t.

Thank you for providing feedback. Unfortunately, due to material differences, the finish on the U-channel (aluminium) does not precisely match the shiny finish of the support arm (stainless steel / brass). The surface of polished aluminum may have a slightly softer and less reflective finish compared to stainless steel.

Achieving a high-gloss, mirror-polished finish on aluminum is a challenging task, often resulting in significantly increased costs. However we do have aluminium u-channel available in high shiny chrome finish, the item code is AUP-10-MP.
